Resolving Issues

Should you have any issues using your Bourse software, we recommend the following steps for resolving your issue as quickly as possible:
System Status
If you have an issue with obtaining market data or accessing the Bourse Data System, check the online System Status page. This page shows the status of services provided within the Bourse Software. Please check this page before contacting our Technical Support Team about system status issues.
Help Documentation
If you would like instructions for performing specific tasks or just want to learn how to use The Bourse, you will find the answers within our comprehensive Help Documentation. The Help has been designed to work well as a quick and useful reference for busy traders who do not have time to spend long hours learning a new program. As well as considering ease-of-use, we aimed to enhance the learning process in a convenient and non-intrusive manner.

The Bourse Reference Guide (which comes with every boxed product) contains instructions on how to get started with the Bourse and how to obtain product help.

The Bourse Software Help provides all the information you need to use the Bourse Software. You can view the Help within the program at any time by pressing [F1] on your keyboard.

If you should have any queries that cannot be resolved by using the steps above, send an email to our Customer Care Team. Sending a clear email about the issue you are experiencing allows our team to respond with concise, step-by-step instructions on how you can quickly resolve the issue. With our rapid turn-around time, this is often the best way to resolve detailed issues quickly.

Training
For customers wishing to have face-to-face training in their use of The Bourse, Bourse Data now runs affordable software training in the major capitals on a regular basis. You can find more information and register your interest on this site.
