distribution policies for the Bourse Software, Bourse Data System and the websites:

In this statement, unless the context requires otherwise:
- Bourse Software means:
- The object code versions of the computer programs owned by Bourse Data.
- Any upgrades of, or supplements to, those programs and systems provided by Bourse
Data from time to time; and
- Any associated media, printed materials, manuals and "online" or electronic documentation.
- Bourse Data System means the computer programs, servers and systems
owned by Bourse Data able to be accessed by use of the Bourse Software, being a
communications and analytical computer-based system that permits the access, analysis
and manipulation of Derived Information.

by Bourse Data, or its Affiliates, accessible through use of the Bourse Data System.

All current and potential Bourse Data customers are assured of a high level of privacy
protection, when visiting our website or when accessing the Bourse Data System.

Information Collected By Bourse Data
What Information Is Transferred When Users Access Our Servers?
Customers can choose to register for special services on our website. These services
may require that they supply demographic and profile information. Personal information
is not shared with partners and is used solely to customise our service for your
needs.

Some of the facilities provided by the Bourse Software and by our website are co-branded
with business partners. When a user requests these facilities for the first time,
authenticated access to servers that are controlled by our business partners may

partner. When the registration data contains information that could be used to identify
the user, Bourse Data requires that the business partner does not disclose this

or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such

To ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against the loss, misuse
or alteration of information under our control, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect
