Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) JV to sell $6m in the first year in China. Bravura (ASX:BVS) bumps up GBST Holdings (ASX:GBT) takeover to $3 per share.

Aus shares flat ahead of Trump Xi meeting

27 Jun 2019 - US equities extend red run ahead of Trump meeting his Chinese counterpart at the G20. The local bourse carved out its third straight session of losses earlier but is now tracking 2pts up at noon. Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) unveils $165m in placements & SPP combined to target new buildings, FFO to grow FY20. Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) raises $375m, targetting $1b of acquisitions.

Trade war lingers ahead of G20 summit: ASX poised to open lower

27 Jun 2019 - Following weak leads from US markets, the ASX looks set to open lower. Most US stocks fell but the tech sector did see some strength. The S&P 500 dropped for a fourth day straight. The benchmark swung between gains and losses, mainly due to the uncertainty surrounding the meeting of Donald Trump and Xi Jinping at the G20 later this week. Galaxy Resources (ASX:GXY) delay July 2019 shipment.
