GetSwift subsidiary signs defence deal
GetSwift’s (ASX:GSW) US-based subsidiary, GetSwift Inc., has signed a Teaming Agreement with Patriot Defense Group LLC.
Patriot Defense is a Florida based firm that supplies training and evaluation services, specialised support and expeditionary logistics to the US Special Operations Forces, Intelligence communities and foreign allies.
It is not in a position to announce specific business which may result from this agreement and has flagged that such announcements may be prohibited under the terms of the agreement.
GetSwift CEO Bane Hunter says “PDG’s success is built on a record of exemplary service to its core customers and [they] are very proud to be on this team”.
Shares in GetSwift (ASX:GSW) are trading closed 3.64 per cent lower at 53 cents.
