Jupiter Mines (ASX:JMS) appoints non-executive director

 

Jupiter Mines (ASX:JMS) Non-Executive Director Hans Mende has been appointed to the Jupiter Board, effective immediately.

Mr Mende has considerable experience in the global steel and coal industries within Australia and South Africa.

He has served on the board of many resource companies and was a founder and former non-executive director of Whitehaven Coal. Mr Mende is currently director White Energy.

Jupiter Mines Chairman Brian Gilbertson says he is very pleased to welcome Mr Mende onto the Board.

Shares in Jupiter Mines (ASX:JMS) closed 2.67 per cent higher at 38.5 cents yesterday
