S&P 500 snaps 4-day winning streak, MQG, ABB, RHC on watch today: ASX to edge higher

31 Mar 2022 - Wall St took a breather today, closing in the red after several strong days of gains, and two straight weeks of gains. The S&P 500 snapped its four day winning streak after we saw dip buyers in the prior session, bidding up the tech sector, the most beaten down sector. This comes amid quarterly rebalancing and quarterly company earnings next month.

Wall St recoup losses on rebound, NAB, Atlas Arteria, Premier, Uniti on watch today: ASX to rise

25 Mar 2022 - Wall St rebounded, Europe and Asia was mixed after the ASX rallied for its third day in a row as western leaders met in a medley of talks in Brussels to discuss further means to end Putin's war on Ukraine. The US expanded its sanctions on Russia, targeting the members of the country’s parliament and the gold reserves. Washington warned it would enforce export controls if Russia imports chips from China.
