A. Currently, there isn’t a Mac version of The Bourse. However, The Bourse can be run on a Mac using a Windows emulation program such as Virtual PC. Also, the IRESS Trader component of The Bourse 7 can be run from any internet-enabled computer.
Q. What charting features does The Bourse have?
A. All the most popular chart types are available, including Candlestick, OHLC, Line, Overlay and Point and Figure.
Chart periods can be set to Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
A comprehensive range of technical indicators are provided, including ADXR, Bollinger Bands, Commodity Channel Index, Cstats (Stochastic), D+/D-, Directional Movement Index (DMI), Exponential Moving Average, Force Index, MACD, Mass Index, Momentum, Money Flow Index, Moving Average, On Balance Volume, Parabolic SAR.
Q. Do I get access to overseas markets, such as Dow Jones and NASDAQ?
A. End of day international data is available in watch lists.
Q. How many watch lists can I have?
A. You can construct as many watch lists as you like, and the system comes with a range of pre-filled watchlists as well.
Q. Can I get Tick History?
A. Yes. For customers on the dynamic Bourse services tick history is available. Contact our Customer Care Team if you would like information about how you can upgrade your subscription to activate dynamic data.
